A fair maiden dancing in the air as she walks through the town of Gordes. Every summer a lady would visit, she was the most elegant beauty ever seen. She always wears the white dress her mother made, adorned with white floral embroidery. Her skin softened with coconut butter and glowing with an almond tan. Shining afar, she is like a pearl gracing Les Monts de Vaucluse, drawing in the most remote besotted bachelor. She attracts smiles of both admiration and l’amour from all who set eyes upon her. She loves all and receives all love. Everyone follows her scent trail, dropping their tasks, never smelling before such a potent yet mellow perfume that exudes from her aura. She would never say what her secret was, it became legend that she was just an angel who had gotten lost in the stoney, winding streets and alleyways. They didn’t know that at night she would sneak outside of the old town, down to the fields under the guidance of moonlight. As she approached a champ de fleurs, that familiar fragrance filled her senses. There was a field that grew fragrant tuberoses, she would pick those blooming tuberoses every summer night. She would only take a few flowers and sneak them home. She would rest the petals delicately on the coconut butter she would massage onto her skin, imbuing their beautiful scent upon her. This tuberose enfleurage is the core ingredient in French Flower. A rare essence of a lost time of charm and elegance.
