The new scents we are bringing to you are –

L’Air du Désert Marocain

‘Imagine finding peace in a room, lying on the bed, exhausted from the heat of the day, with the window open, letting the cool air in which still is very dry and filled with the scents from the near desert and overlayed with the spicy scents of the streets below.’ – Andy TauerL’Air du Desert Marocain is the scent of desire, inspired by the fragrant world of the Maghreb desert, powerful, sensual and pure. It’s a dry, resinous cedar scent, rounded out with rock rose and jasmine, and hints of typical Moroccan spices such as coriander, cumin, and petitgrain. A unisex scent, the cedar, and vetiver base notes hover over a fine amber background. We are in love with this exotic beauty by Swiss perfumer Andy Tauer.

Au Coeur du Désert

AU COEUR DU DÉSERT is the metamorphose of L’air du désert marocain into a luxurious extrait de parfum. The richness of the extrait concentration accentuates the sublime elegance and natural beauty of warm woody amber notes.

Au Coeur Du Désert builds on L’air du désert marocain, but it is a refined extrait de parfum, with a revised formula, and a generous hand with expensive notes.
If perfumery is art, AU COEUR DU DÉSERT is a statue carved out of sun-beaten timber, softened with a gloss of aged patchouli, and a patina of ambergris, coming to life with a balsamic glow.

PHI – Une Rose de Kandahar,

Phi is a luxurious scent, inspired by a natural extract of roses produced in Afghanistan’s rose region, Nangarhar. This rose oil is extremely rare and of the highest quality. Inspired by these roses, growing in a dry and rough land, Phi is a rare gem, complementing contrasting lines, rich in natural raw materials that add depth and authenticity. Due to the limited amount of the rose oil, Une Rose de Kandahar is not guaranteed to be available all the time.

The scent starts with a rich fruity line of apricot. An all natural apricot extract with its surprising richness enchants and blends into a stretch of cinnamon and hints of bitter almond, softened by bergamot essential oil. These spices lead over to voluptuous roses in the fragrance heart: Extremely rare rose essential oil with its unique scent of spices, plums, and flower petals blends into rose absolute from Bulgaria and hints of Bourbon geranium. The rose petals melt on the skin into a dark tobacco fond, built around an amazing absolute of dried tobacco leaves. The animalic, leathery and woody tobacco opens the ground for a generously dosed layer of patchouli in the base of Phi. Here, woody and gourmand notes melt into hints of animalic lines. Vetiver, vanilla and tonka add richness and brilliance. A generous dose of exclusive musk and ambergris round the body of the fragrance and encircle the roses.

Incense Rosé

Vibrant, rich, mysterious.

Incense rosé is an elegant oriental fragrance, imagine a flying oriental carpet with floating rose petals, passing through smoking frankincense, sprinkled rose and citrus notes, and landing on dark balsamic resins.

Tuberose Sotto La Luna

Andy Tauer’s Tuberose under the moon is an invitation to revisit this white flower and rethink tuberose: brilliantly different – peppery green and beguiling.

The natural rendering of the queen of the night’s airy freshness sets this tuberose apart and redefines floral elegance and measured suppleness.

It comes in an elegantly decorated flacon packed inside a sliding top tin box. Sotto la Luna®, inspired by white flowers blooming under the moon.

L’Eau

L’Eau is inspired by a lemon tree in bloom on Andy Tauer’s veranda in crisp Zurich morning air.
